Step by step
Getting in
Everything runs in the browser, nothing to install. The order is the same on a work machine and a home one.
Open the site and sign up
The login screen has a "No account? Register" link. If sign-ups are closed, the page says so plainly: "Registration is currently closed. Access is by invitation" — then the owner sets up access.
Pick a password that passes the rules
At least 12 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase one, a digit and a special character. The checklist under the field lights up as you type — no unmet items should be left.
Confirm your email
A link arrives by email after sign-up. Until you follow it, you cannot log in. No email — the screen has "Send again".
Log in and set it up
The "Remember me" checkbox keeps the session longer. Language (RU / EN) and theme switch in the header. Language changes more than the interface: assessments start arriving in the chosen language too. Forgot the password — "Forgot password?" on the login screen.
Main screen
Fast check
This is what the whole thing is for: from a resume to an answer in three moves, with no records to create first. The dashboard opens right after login, with "Fast check" on top.
Dashboard · Fast check
- No need to type a name — it is recognized from the resume; while that runs, the candidate is listed as "Unnamed".
- The resume need not be a file: there is an "Or paste resume text" field, and text copied off a page works. You can also pick a candidate already in the database.
- The vacancy comes from the database or is created right here: the dropdown has a "— new from a file or text —" option.
- Audio and video are accepted too: the file is transcribed first, then goes into the assessment.
After "Run" you get "Assessment queued — you can start the next one." No need to wait on this page: drop in the next resume, results appear in the feed below on their own.
The result
Reading the score
The result is one number from 0 to 100 and its color. There is deliberately no verbal verdict next to it: the color is the verdict, and the number says how wide the gap is. Zone boundaries are the same for every vacancy.
The number is deterministic: the model does not produce it, it marks up the requirements and a formula weighs them. Must-have requirements count twice as much as nice-to-have ones, and an outright contradiction hurts more than missing data.
Below the fast check are the latest 20 assessments, newest first. A row expands on click; all are collapsed by default.
Closed €2M deals — knows the complex B2B cycle, but the resume says nothing about managing a team.
An expanded row holds a short rationale, up to four weak spots and two buttons: "Dispute the result" and "Full assessment". The complete list with search by candidate and vacancy lives on the Assessments page.
Second layer
The full assessment
For when the number is not enough: justifying a rejection, preparing for an interview, putting a report together for a client. It opens from the feed. At the top — the score and four counters by requirement status.
"Verified" does not mean "the word from the requirement was found". If a job asks for an understanding of SOLID and the resume describes designing a microservice architecture, it counts — and the model shows that chain. This inference is what the tool was built for, which is why every row carries sources you can check.
- Verdict — connected prose: what speaks for the candidate, what against, what to ask. Read this first.
- Checklist — requirements one by one, with status, confidence and quoted sources. Must-have and nice-to-have are marked separately.
- Scores — how the number came out of the statuses, requirement by requirement.
The "What to show" toggles are independent: keep all three on or leave one. The choice is remembered.
- "From materials" — a mark on a requirement that was not in the job text: it was derived from the client briefing or from your questions to the candidate.
- "Used materials" — which files and pastes actually went into the assessment.
- "Run log" — the internal steps: extracting requirements, matching, assembling the verdict. Useful when an assessment fails and you need to see where.
- "How it ended" — Hired / Not hired. Marked after the fact; it does not change the current assessment.
Feedback
Disputes and corrections
If a call is wrong, do not skip past it — dispute it. This is the single most useful thing you can do: disputes are what calibrate the tool.
The "Dispute the result" button sits both in the feed and on the assessment page. It opens a small chat where you object in free text — for example: "this is a hunter vacancy, not an account manager". The model re-reads the affected rows against the materials and answers one of two ways:
- Changed — it agreed, the rows are rewritten and the score is recalculated.
- The read was defended — it disagreed and quotes what it stands on. The rows stay as they were.
If the dispute fails and the model gives no reply, a "Retry" appears next to it. The thread stays collapsed until you open it.
In the checklist every requirement has its own "Disagree" button: you pick the correct status and, optionally, write why. That is the precise fix for when the verdict is right overall but one row is marked wrong.
Section
Vacancies
A vacancy is set up once and then serves every candidate for it — so a minute spent here pays off. There are two ways to create one.
| Way | What happens |
|---|---|
| Recognize and create | The vacancy appears immediately and requirements are pulled from the text in the background. The title is detected on its own. The usual path. |
| Create without AI | Saves the vacancy as is, with no requirements extracted. You type the title yourself. |
While extraction runs, the card shows "Requirements are being extracted — feel free to keep working, they will appear here." Finished requirements split into must-have and nice-to-have — that split feeds the score directly, must-have counting double.
The "Edit" button opens the list for changes: reword a requirement, flip whether it is mandatory, set the company. Worth the time when the model read the job differently than your client reads it — the fix applies to every later assessment.
The vacancy card also works the other way round: pick a candidate from the database and press "Assess for this vacancy". Below it, every assessment for this vacancy sits in one list, which makes candidates easy to compare.
Section
Candidates and materials
A candidate card earns its keep when one resume is not the whole story: a screening transcript, answers to questions, notes. All of it counts as "materials", and all of it goes into the assessment together.
- Material kinds: resume, vacancy, client briefing, screening transcript, questions for the candidate, follow-up and general questions, candidate answers, notes, other.
- Add them as pasted text or as a file. Audio and video are transcribed automatically: "Transcription queued", then "Transcribing…", and "Retry" if it did not work out.
- Candidate stage is a three-step switch: Pre-screening → Screening → Post-screening. You can only move to a neighboring step, not skip one.
At the bottom of the card is "Run assessment": pick a vacancy and press it. The model selector sits there too; the working one is the default and unavailable ones are marked. Change it only deliberately — it affects the result.
Deleting a candidate takes all their materials and assessments with them; you are asked to confirm once.
Section
Video and audio
The Videos page is a library of recordings: upload one, get the text, download the original, and link it to a candidate or vacancy when needed.
Upload
Drag a file into the zone or pick it manually. You see the upload percentage and elapsed time. Accepted: mp3, m4a, aac, wav, flac, ogg, opus, mp4, mov, webm, mkv.
Wait for the transcript
The file row shows "Transcription in progress…" with a timer. You can close the page and come back later.
Open the recording
Inside — a player and the transcript with timecodes like [04:17]. Clicking a phrase jumps the video to that spot. Ordinary browser search over the text works.
Link it and use it
"Attach to a candidate" and "Attach to a vacancy" tie the recording to a card — after that the transcript takes part in assessments. Next to them: "Download original" and deleting the file outright.
Recordings uploaded here are linked to nobody by default — the list marks them "Not linked". Until you link one, it will not reach a candidate assessment.
Browser extension
The plugin
The fastest path when the candidate is already open on LinkedIn, hh.ru or career.habr.com. Nothing to copy, no tabs to switch: the plugin takes the page text itself.
- Log in once — click the voronka icon in the browser extensions bar and enter the same email and password you use on the site. Until you do, the on-page panel says so.
- Set up vacancies on the site — the plugin only picks from them, it cannot create one.
- After that it is two clicks: the "voronka" button on the candidate page → pick a vacancy → "Assess this page".
An assessment from the plugin is no different from one made on the site: it lands in the same feed, and you can dispute it and open it in full.

When something breaks
The tool states the reason for a failure in plain words right in the assessment row. Here is what stands behind the most common ones.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| The vacancy has no requirements to assess | The vacancy was created without AI, or extraction failed. Open it, add requirements by hand or recreate it with recognition. |
| The model is unavailable. Try later | A problem on the model side, not with your data. Retry in a few minutes. |
| Timed out · The job stalled | Press "Retry". Your materials are still there, no need to upload them again. |
| No candidate name found in the materials | The resume has no name or it is unreadable. Open the candidate card and type the name in. |
| Decision ready, but the explanation could not be built | The score and the requirement markup are sound and usable — only the connected verdict text failed to assemble. |
| Transcription failed | There is a "Retry" next to the material. If it keeps failing, check that the file has intelligible speech. |
